Most of the cycles have a maximum load of 3kg and my clothes come out completely creased. I now have to iron every thing I wash. I never had to do this with previous washing machine. It is very loud when it is spinning, probably because the machine is jumping around. My previous washing machine had a spin of 1000rpm and would spin my sheets very well. This machine has a spin of 1400rpm but my sheets come out more wet - go figure. I emailed customer service about these issues and got a response from Ben Hardman saying I should have read the manual before I bought the machine. Who knows what will happen if I ever have to call them to use the 5 year warranty - not feeling very hopeful after dealing with Ben in customer service. My advice would be don't waste your money on this overpriced washing machine. There are plenty of washing machines on the market for under $1000 that do a better job. I should have gone with the Bosch! Instead I chose to throw $1300 down the drain.

I had an AEG washing machine before which served me well for about 20 years, so was keen to have another one. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that with my previous machine I was able to change the wash temperature easily from 40-60 degrees as it was not fully automatic.

Rated 4 out of 5 by James G from AEG fan These machines have been so great, a welcome change from my old machines! The delivery and install process was terrible, but at least the machines are good! If you get the condensing dryer make sure you have the drainage ready, the delivery guys don't do it contrary to what you are sold in the store!
