Rated 1 out of 5 by Phil from The worst washer I have ever had For the price you would expect better, in 18 months we have had the front seal replaced 2 times , the front panel, the bracket, 2 hoses , the band under the seal rusted and snapped, after all of this no one from AEG even has tried to call me and to get it repaired under warranty takes 3 weeks no parts in stock one time they booked in between 2 and 5 on a Friday and did not turn up .the worst customer service every time I call they tell me I am doing something wrong , sorry but the machine is not working properly IF ANYONE IS LOOKING AT ONE OF THESE DONT Not worth it nothing but problems and no service to get it fixed So disappointing
