Brendan Pang is a young aspiring cook and ex-reality TV contestant.
Based in Perth, Brendan’s passion for food developed as he grew up in a large Mauritian family surrounded by talented home cooks.
Brendan describes his style of cooking as “honest” in that he cooks food that loves to eat whilst using fresh local produce where possible.
