The delivery service was super tech - you can track the driver and know when they will reach you rather than guessing for four hours. The product has excellent build quality high end finish- did gel very well to my kitchen. The over is easy to use and does the job perfectly. Moist and tasty cakes - I like the steam bake function the most. Selection of timer function could be easier, it needs few trials to get used to.

Just be careful and don't have face close when opening oven for first time after setting something to cook - lots of steam

We are still learning our cooking technique but the oven always makes our food come out better than expected. The cooking instructions in the manual have been spot on and we rely on them when cooking. We love it!
