Rated 1 out of 5 by Peej from Not worth the money I wanted a built in combi microwave for our new kitchen because we don't have a massive amount of work top and we decided to go with an AEG package because we thought we'd be getting good, well made appliances. How wrong we were. It looks great and loads of functions (most of which I rarely use, to be honest). But the condensation within the glass panels is awful. We're on our 2nd door in just over 3 years and it's now out of warranty (2 years if you extend the 1year warranty it comes with). The water drips down onto the oven casing below and has tripped the main oven on several occasions. I have to stuff kitchen paper under the microwave door to stop the condensation from running out, which looks awful. My previous microwave was a Panasonic and lasted the best part of 20 years. To say I'm disappointed is putting it mildly.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Ceejaejae from Works well except for all the condensation Have had it for 5 years and the door has been replaced 5 times. It works well as a microwave as well as an oven. I don’t use the microwave function to cook, only to reheat and then when I need to bake/cook/grill something else, I use the oven function. It is just annoying that for the money I paid, I cannot get something that will work well for a whole year. I cooked yesterday and the puddle of water underneath it was ridiculous as well as the condensation still present almost 24 hours later

Rated 3 out of 5 by phlbns from Hmmmm.... so slow to make toast! Happy with the oven as a whole at least whilst getting used to how it works. Main frustration is that its grill function poor when it comes to making toast...even when on full. Help would be appreciated.

Rated 1 out of 5 by ab86 from Do NOT buy had it 2 years. looks great as match all my other appliances BUT after 9 months or so the front start getting steamed up and water was leaking down to my warming drawer and on my new kitchen unit ... got worst with time. Other issue was the top of the oven ... waveguide cover ... start corroding ...into small silver bits glitter like. absolutely not safe. left me very upset as it wasnt cheap buy. wont be using it anymore and thinking what to do now ...

Two things could be better though: The door is very heavy to open and ventilation is not great as water sedimentation remains in the over after microwaving and it needs to be wiped dry or the door needs to be left open afterwards to allow the oven to dry out.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Anonymous from Good This was purchased a year ago as part of our new house, we had an issue regarding the roof of the microwave that it started to peel off, so far we’ve had no reply from AEG. Apart from the above issue it works well, there is no turntable inside , the instructions for it could be better with possibly a recipe book. The oven part has been used once and works very well. Probably not the easiest to clean though especially if you need to get to the back .
