Rated 2 out of 5 by Bass from Would not buy I would not recommend a heat pump dryer ive had a normal one and now this one and it just leaves your towels and sheets ect damp no matter what cycle so i have to put them in my old normal dryer so they dry . Dissapointing as i paid for top end expecting that only to be let down . Looks good but dries crap

Rated 1 out of 5 by Cheri from Worst mistake of my life I wanted a washer and dryer combo got talked out of it cause and I quote "people regret it because it takes to long" well the washing machine does not always wash my load will spin and add water but does not add the powder/ softer so a 2.5hr cycle turns into a 5 hr cycle. Then you have the dryer I express concern about this type of dryer not drying the clothes properly and got told that this product definitely dry. Well it doesn't clothes still come out damp and when I put on for another round it won't do it so I have to hang them out. Which I bought a dryer so I wouldn't. I am so annoyed at the shop that sold me this product what a waste of $3500. My 100 dryer and 200 washing machine worked better. I wanted something quick easy and less work and got the complete opposite some weeks I've even got to the laundry matt because I am so frustrated with it!!!!!
