I purchased this dryer about 15 months ago., it’s does an ok job.
I really don’t think it’s an upgrade to my Fisher & Paykel which I had for over 10 years with no problems.
Already this dryer has had the heat sensor replaced & let me tell you that was a 2 week wait for parts & a serviceman, so as you can imagine I’m not really impressed.
As for customer service, I think it needs to come back to Australia or at least train the consultants in the products.
