We always intended to have fully electric house and purchasing an induction cooktop was part of the plan. AEG offered the best features and reliability at a reasonable price.We are extremely happy with cooktop and look forward to the future of cooking with this well made appliance.

I was looking to upgrade from a 7kg to 10kg front loader so that it would fit a queen doona and to be adequate for a household of 5 people. After a lot of research I chose this AEG model due to value for money with all the features you get (eg okomix and steam cycle).
I've had this machine for a few weeks now and am impressed with all the program features including the ability to wash 10kg (cotton cycle) in around 60 min through the time save mode. The opening into the drum is also slightly larger than other 10kg front loaders like Bosch and ASKO, making it easier when reaching low to the ground with blankets. The steam function is handy to save time ironing (see photos showing after a cotton wash, then after the 25min steam function then after a 50% line dry from outside). I like how AEG have put the effort into these extra features to stand out from other brands, making the choice easier for me.
Also, I found the AEG customer helpline quite helpful with a local team and I liked their premium delivery service and how they use direct staff rather than outsourcing this.

The steam plus feature is really effective on pants (eg linen, cotton) and reduces a lot of unsightly wrinkles. The cleaning effectiveness is better than my LG previous model even with a "natural" detergent (i.e. no optical brighteners). This machine really is value for money with the features for the price and a solid warranty offering compared to other 10kg front loaders out there.

We are long time, happy users of gas hobs (50+ years). Time came to renovate and we had become disheartened with the cleaning and many bits and pieces that get filthy on the gas appliance, so we looked at induction. We chose the AEG for it's fundementaly simple and intuitive controls. It is so simple operate, enables super low simmer (try that with other types) that we wished we had made the change earlier.
