• 1 oz. dry vermouth
  • 4 oz. gin
  • 1 cocktail glass
  • 1 cocktail skewer
  • 1 small jar of gordal olives
  • 1 long bamboo skewers
  1. Fill a metal shaker with smashed ice.
  2. Pour in the dry vermouth (I recommend using Noilly Prat) and stir.
  3. Add 4 ounces of your preferred gin. 
  4. Stir briskly for 10 seconds, strain into a chilled cocktail glass. 
To serve

  1. Place the watermelon onto a chopping board and cut into 5cm thick slices. 
  2. Slide the watermelon cubes and olives onto the bamboo stick. 
  3. Place the skewer into the ice-cold martini.
