1 bunch snake beans
1 bunch Thai basil
50ml sesame oil
25ml light soy
1/2 tsp freshly ground kampot pepper

  1. Trim the slack end of each bean and cut into 10cm lengths
  2. Pick the leaves and flowers from the basil
  3. Place the wok on the stove and add the oil, heat until the wok is smoking
  4. Add the pepper and beans into the wok
  5. Continue to toss frequently until the skin of the beans blister
  6. Add in the basil and toss well
  7. Add in the soy 
  8. Again, toss well and serve immediately
