Ingredients
1 bunch snake beans
1 bunch Thai basil
50ml sesame oil
25ml light soy
1/2 tsp freshly ground kampot pepper
Method
- Trim the slack end of each bean and cut into 10cm lengths
- Pick the leaves and flowers from the basil
- Place the wok on the stove and add the oil, heat until the wok is smoking
- Add the pepper and beans into the wok
- Continue to toss frequently until the skin of the beans blister
- Add in the basil and toss well
- Add in the soy
- Again, toss well and serve immediately
